We process orders within 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to extend this time for production. If this happens with your order, you will be notified by email. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping method you choose, generally taking up to 14 days. You will receive a tracking number and be able to track the parcel's location online.

We are confident that you will love our products, but in any case, you have the option to return the item within 10 days of receipt. We accept returns in the condition in which you received them, meaning packaged appropriately to withstand transportation.
